Website Advertising
Thank you for your interest in our
Website advertising program. The PCDA Web site
allows the placement of image
advertisements on select sections of the site. The
ads will allow dental associated companies to
market directly to dentists, staff, and the public
and revenue generated will help support the Website’s ability to provide high-quality
information.
Banner Advertising Content and Format
Ads on the PCDA Website are
designed in the well-known banner ad format,
appearing either near the top of the page in
leaderboard format, or in the right-hand
navigation bar. The ads on the PCDA Web site are
directed to dentists, dental team members, and the
dental public. See Advertising Banner Fees
below.
Listing
Advertising
Regular listings (text ads) will be placed in the
Dentist Members
Only Area, where only our Member Dentists
(password) will be able to view them.
Regular listings are available for $25 for 2
months, and may include up to 3 lines of text (up
to 225 characters). Additional lines are
$5 at time of placement.
Additional 2 month increments without changes
are available for $20, if purchased before the
run time ends.
A
6 month listing may be purchased for $65 at
initial placement.
A 12 month listing is $115 (save $15).
A
Power Listing will be placed in both the
Member's Only area AND the Professional page,
and will be viewed by all visiting these pages
freely. Please add $5 per month for this double
page listing.
Active hyperlinks (to your email address,
website) may be added or changed for a $10
each additional fee.
This is a very cost effective way to stay in
contact with our Dental professionals and
community!
Membership has benefits.
PCDA members and any non-commercial Dental Staff may post employment opportunities at no fee.

How will you know if people are clicking on your
ad?
Once your ad is placed, you will be able to check
the stats on your Web site for traffic coming from
our Web site.
Terms
Advertising is not considered accepted and banners
/ buttons will not be scheduled for inclusion
until payment has been received and cleared and ad
graphics have been approved.
Existing banner changes are allowed at no charge
up to 3 times per annual term. Additional
changes will accepted for $35 per change.
Banner renewals will have 1st right of
continued placement if paid renewal is received 60
days prior to end of paid run.
All rates are in U.S. dollars.
PCDA reserves the
right to approve the content and design of all
ads and banners prior to the beginning of the ad run.

Graphics:
The goal of web advertising is to get people to
click on your ad and go to your website. Please
keep that in mind when designing your ad banner.
Banners must be 728 pixels wide by 90
pixels high.
File size cannot exceed 15 kilobytes.
Graphics should be correctly sized in .GIF or .JPG
format. If simple resizing is required, there will
be an additional charge of $10.00 per graphic. Any
additional editing required is billed @ $80.00 per
hour.
Use unique file names,
such as:
yourcompanyname_1.gif
DO NOT NAME THEM
ad1.gif, banner.jpg, or the like. If you do, they
might get lost or overwritten.
